Career Coaching

I am strong believer in teaching people “how to fish”. You will take what you learn from me, and continue to develop on your own. Whether you need help finding direction, meeting career goals, or advancing in your career, I will help you develop the mindset and approach for success.

Interview Preparation

Interviews can be fun. No really. If they aren’t, you aren’t properly prepared, and/or you’re dealing with a bad recruiter. I can’t do much about the latter, but I use my years of experience recruiting in Silicon Valley to share key strategies. You will never fear any interview I’ve prepped you for.

Resume Guidance

I offer resume review and feedback to make sure you are presenting your very best self, as a match for the roles to which you apply. I won’t just do a rewrite. I will walk you through my feedback, explaining how recruiters think, so you can be the best teller of your story.

Whether it be a team of recruiters, interviewers, or hiring managers, I will provide the foundation and best practices needed to confidently recruit like a bosses. Something isn’t working but you aren’t sure what. I’ve worked with dozens of startups, and a few major corporations. I use that experience to review your existing processes and practices, and iterate where needed to make sure your recruiting function is working for you.

Sourcing

Sometimes you just need help building a pipeline. Maybe you’re small and lack name recognition, but still want to compete with the big names. In addition to sourcing, I can help with employer branding to increase your inbound applications.
