I spent over 8 years as a conflicted and frustrated technical recruiter. During that time I contributed to agencies, startups of all sizes, and even a few major corporations. My goal was always the same - show them a better way to recruit. Change the game. But that proved to be beyond my control. So I make sure that every candidate I work with is given an even playing field. If the game isn't changing, I will make sure you know how to play it… And win.
I take great joy in teaching others to excel at the tasks I have mastered. I find I am the recruiter and Career Coach I dreamed of having along my own journey.
